Denise Kelly Jones, RN, MS CCRN, ANP-BC, ACNP-BC

Denise Kelly-Jones, MS, ACNP, ANP-CS, CCRN, is an advanced practice nurse with Primary Care Partners (PCP). Board-certified as both an Acute Care and Adult Nurse Practitioner, Denise specializes in critical care and primary care services, with extensive experience in managing a wide range of medical conditions. She is nationally certified as a Critical Care Registered Nurse and is licensed by the State of New Jersey as an advanced practice nurse.

Denise earned her Master of Science degree from SUNY/Stony Brook in 1992, graduating as an Adult Nurse Practitioner with a critical care focus. She was honored with the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to the School and University and inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. She also completed her Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Science degrees at CUNY/College of Staten Island. In 1996, Denise further advanced her expertise by obtaining board certification in acute care. Denise is also a Medical Examiner with the FMCSA, providing CDL Examinations.

With over 30 years in healthcare, Denise’s journey began at age 13 as a hospital volunteer. She went on to work as a Student Nurse Technician, Dental Assistant, and RN in Med/Surg, Coronary Care ICU, and Cardiac Surgery ICU. Denise also served as a Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist at Stony Brook and later worked as a nurse practitioner in the Cardiac Surgery Program in Stony Brook, Baltimore, and Englewood before joining Hackettstown Medical PCP.

Denise takes pride in providing compassionate, patient-centered care, and her broad experience enables her to offer expert guidance across a wide range of medical concerns. She is committed to empowering patients to make informed, meaningful decisions about their health, always ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
